What Snagably is<\/h2>\n

Snagably is a search tool. It shows listings from other marketplaces (currently eBay and Etsy). We do not sell, hold, or ship items. Purchases happen on the marketplace’s own site, under its own terms. Searching Snagably is free and needs no account.<\/p>\n

Affiliate links<\/h2>\n

We earn from some links. Rankings are never for sale. See the Affiliate Disclosure page and the How results are ordered page.<\/p>\n

Listing information<\/h2>\n

Listings come from the marketplaces and can change at any time. Confirm price and availability on the marketplace before you buy. Converted currency amounts are approximate.<\/p>\n

THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY COMANDERANCH (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). Marketplace terms<\/h2>\n

By using Snagably you agree to follow the terms of the eBay Developers Program API License Agreement that apply to users of an application. It is published on the eBay Developers Program website. eBay is a third-party beneficiary of this section and may enforce it directly. Your right to view eBay content through Snagably can be revoked at any time.<\/p>\n

Acceptable use<\/h2>\n

Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on Snagably. Do not copy content in bulk, resell it, overload the service, or try to get around limits.<\/p>\n

Accounts and Premium<\/h2>\n

Give accurate information and keep your password private. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time. Premium is not yet available, and billing terms will be added before any charge.<\/p>\n

Email<\/h2>\n

We email only what you opt into. Every email will have a way to unsubscribe.<\/p>\n

Privacy<\/h2>\n

Changes<\/h2>\n

We may change or end the service, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Governing law and dispute terms will be added after legal review.<\/p>\n

Trademarks<\/h2>\n

The term ‘Etsy’ is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy’s API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. eBay and the eBay logo are trademarks of eBay Inc.<\/p>\n
